Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Within Australia 

We are an Australian business and our flat rate shipping policy is based upon shipping to addresses within Australia.

Flat rate shipping of $15.00 via express postage is available, and for purchases greater than $250.00 shipping is free within Australia.

International Shipping

Please drop us a line if you'd like a quote for shipping outside of Australia.

When can I expect my order?

Yachtparts.com.au will usually ship within 2 working days.

Tracking Advice

Your order will begin with a status of "pending" which indicates it is being transferred within our Australian warehouse locations, or "awaiting fulfillment" which indicates it is being prepared for shipping. Once your order changes to the status of "shipped" you will receive an email confirmation.

Availability 

While we do our best to ensure the immediate availability of all items on our site, there are occasions when delays occur.  All goods in stock will be dispatched within 2 business days. We make every effort to advise you if any goods take longer than 3 working days to dispatch. 

Notifications

What happens now? You will receive an order notification within hours of completing your check out.  If you cannot see your notification check your email spam filter settings and add us to your address book as sometimes our emails end up in the spam folder How will I know when my goods are dispatched? Our notification system will keep you up to date with your order every step of the way. What if my goods take longer than expected? If your goods don’t arrive within a reasonable time please contact us by phone and/or email and we will investigate with the courier. With your permission, we will either keep the order in place, or refund your order.

If your credit card fails, you will be notified by email from our secure payment gateway. The common reason for failure is the expiry date is incorrectly entered.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less a 10% restocking fee.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, should you receive an incorrect or defective item.

Also, if the item is not what you expected or it doesn't fit, please contact us and we will arrange for return of the item.

Be sure to email us at john@yachtparts.com.au for an authorization code and to receive return shipping details.  Please include the original packaging with your items.

Upon receipt we will issue you with a store credit / refund - or send the replacement item to you.
